Review these terms before sending a project inquiry or order request.
Client Service Agreement
Before work begins, we’ll confirm the scope, total price, and expected timeline for your website or logo project in writing. A 50% upfront payment is required to start. The remaining 50% is due when the project is complete.
Each project includes one round of revisions within the agreed scope. Please send your requested changes together. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may cost extra. We’ll confirm any additional charge with you before doing that work.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel after work has started, payments already made are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires a refund.
Hosting & Domain Terms
Web hosting is $15.99 per month plus applicable tax. Domain registration is $19.99 per year plus applicable tax. Orders submitted through the website are requests. We’ll confirm the services, billing dates, and total before invoicing.
Privacy Policy
When you submit a contact or order request, we use the name, email address, and project information you provide to respond, prepare your order, and coordinate billing. The website’s order form doesn’t collect payment card details.
